He saw Banner arrive on the bike shortly before Stark brought the alien over to then & Banner went all Hulk on the thing & punched it out. Right before they all assembled. The scene above is a few moments later than that when Clint asks Stark for a lift. I am sure Clint noticed The Hulk before the scene above. ;-) guy comes in on a little bike, then turns into a green monster & punches out a bigass alien…. Kind of hard to miss.
Of course it is possible since he was a SHIELD agent and all he’s going “Now I’m on a team with the thing that destroyed Harlem. Okay.”
